Michela was in Rome for a weekend, staying at Alessandro’s home. Over dinner, talking and enjoying some drinks, we decided to shoot some photos. The next day, I grabbed my camera, a couple of rolls, and headed to Alessandro’s. Black and white, lingerie, no makeup. Just Michela and a few shots for the fun of it.
Glass and mirrors, everything is perfectly visible, yet they always give me a sense of voyeurism, of uncovering what’s behind or reflected.
I always enjoy shooting on film, and its distinctive look made these photos even grittier. As always in my style, post-production is limited to the most basic darkroom-like adjustments, nothing more.
